As a health studies major I LOVE making meals from scratch and trying to eat a varied, healthy diet. It makes a huge difference to basically all aspects of my health, but I don't like to talk about it because I'll end up sounding like. You know those people who think that you can eat vegetables and excersise and drink water your way out of depression or disabilty? But I do love eating well and a lot of info about eating well is centred on weight loss or pseudoscience, so this is my attempt to combat that by posting my favourite recipes and being autistically enthusiastic about food groups and the eatwell plate. Overall I want to make food info as accessible as possible and stress that there's no wrong way to enjoy food!
